Sales Tax
The Federal Government requires that Divertido collect tax for items shipped within the state of Pennsylvania. Sales tax is added automatically at check out.

Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation number and a confirmation email for your order after completing your purchase.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Orders Over $100.
Orders shipped to locations within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska) receive free shipping on orders Over $100.

Standard Delivery
Most in-stock orders placed by 11:00 a.m. (EST) will be delivered in the United States within 3-5 business days. Orders may be shipped via UPS, USPS Priority or Parcel Post, or FedEx. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may require additional delivery time. If there is a delay, you will be notified by email.

> For Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories, add $15.00. For Canada and Mexico, add $20.00.

> Orders shipping to more than one address will incur a separate shipping and handling charge for each destination.

International Shipping
Currently, Divertidoshop.com does not offer international shipping. We hope to offer our products internationally soon.

Express Delivery
2-3 Day Air requires an additional $19.95. Express delivery is available to U.S. locations ONLY. Your order must be placed by 11:00 a.m (EST). We cannot offer express delivery to P.O. Boxes.

Store Pickup
Store Pickup allows you to make purchases online and pick up your order at our store location. Get your orders faster and avoid shipping charges.

Return Policy
Not only do we want you to have fun shopping at Divertido — we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your merchandise for an exchange or refund.

For an easy return just follow these steps:
> Please return the merchandise within 30 days of the date we shipped your order.

> The returned item must be in its original packaging and its original condition. > Include a copy of the packing slip or invoice.
> Specify if you are returning or exchanging the item.
> Give a brief reason for your return or exchange.

Please note:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return postage. If you received a damaged or defective item you will receive a full refund or replacement.

Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of package receipt.
Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. SALE ITEMS are not eligible for exchange or return.
