Orders shipped to locations within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska) receive free shipping on orders.
Most in-stock orders placed by 11:00 a.m. (EST) will be delivered in the United States within 7-10 business days. Orders may be shipped via UPS, USPS Priority or Parcel Post, or FedEx. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may require additional delivery time. If there is a delay, you will be notified by email.
> For Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories, add $7.00. For Canada and Mexico, add $12.00.
> Orders shipping to more than one address will incur a separate shipping and handling charge for each destination.
Currently, Divertidoshop.com does not offer international shipping. We hope to offer our products internationally soon.
2-3 Day Air requires an additional $14.95. Express delivery is available to U.S. locations ONLY. Your order must be placed by 11:00 a.m (EST). We cannot offer express delivery to P.O. Boxes.

Not only do we want you to have fun shopping at Divertido — we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your merchandise for an exchange or refund.
For an easy return just follow these steps:

> The returned item must be in its original packaging and its original condition.
> Include a copy of the packing slip or invoice.
> Specify if you are returning or exchanging the item.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return postage. If you received a damaged or defective item you will receive a full refund or replacement.
Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of package receipt.
Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
